Era Ora

Era Ora is more than a restaurant - its an institution. 25 years ago, Elvio Milleri and his wife Edelvita Santos opened Era Ora in the heart of Copenhagen and embarked on a gastronomic journey to enlighten the Danish people about Italian food, wine and culture. Today, the restaurant has grown into one of the most important flagships for Italian cooking in Northern Europe, maintaining a Michelin star since 1997 and boosting a wine cellar of more than 90.000 bottles, many of which are impossible to find elsewhere. In 2004, Elvio, Edelvita and long time partner Alessandro Jacoponi opened antiristorante L'Altro, a rustic, trattoria-like restaurant, and in 2008 Acquamarina, Denmarks only Italian fish restaurant, where Danish fish and sea food are combined with biological fruits and vegetables imported directly from Italy.
