Acquamarina

Acquamarina is actually the result of a paradox: when its founders Elvio Milleri, Edelvita Santos and Alessandro Jacoponi came to Denmark, they immediately asked them selves how come Denmark didnt have an Italian fish restaurant, since the country is sorrounded by sea and contains some of the best fish and seafood in the world. The question became an answer with the opening of Acquamarina in 2008, and the restaurant is still the one and only Italian fish restaurant in Denmark, using extreme high quality fish from the Nordic seas together with biologic fruits and vegetables form Italy. Acquamarina is also famous for its wonderful wines, which together with the fish are a match made in heaven. 

Acquamarina is a sister restaurant to Era Ora and antiristorante L'Altro.
