Copenhagen Botanical Garden
Copenhagen Botanical Garden is situated in the centre of the city. The garden is a museum as well and hosts the largest collection of living plants in Denmark.
The main purpose of the Botanical Garden is is to maintain a collection of plants for research, teaching and for public information.
The museum is home to one of the most comprehensive collections of plants and fungi in the world.

The Botanical Garden in Copenhagen has been established August 2 1600.
Admission is free, just make sure to check the website for opening hours that change during the year.

Inside the Botanical Garden there's a flower shop so that visitors will be able to bring back home a part of the garden.
You'll find a cafe as well but bear in mind that the cafe is open only during summer.
