Køge Museum

Køge Museum is located in a merchant’s house dating back to 1619. In the garden of the there's one of the oldest half-timbered houses in Denmark, from 1500.

The collections include cultural history from the Stone Age to today. The Mesolithic period is represented in the Strøby Egede grave where you'll find eight skeletons.

You'll also find an archaeological exhibition on Stone, Bronze and the Viking Age.
