In September 2007 has been completed the third part of the Metro in Copenhagen; the previous phase had been completed during 2002.

All the trains are new, always on time and fast. You can reach the airport in 14 minutes from the city centre.

The Metro is an excellent mean of transport to get quickly from a side of the city to the other with trips that last from 2 to 14 minutes.
Trains run every 2 - 6 minutes during the day and every 15 minutes by night (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings only).

There are currently 34 trains servicing the Metro lines

Trains are driverless so that there's no risk of human error.
Onboard stewards can drive the trains in case of emergency.

Carriages are constantly monitored via the videosurveillance system.
