Copenhagen Airport is in Kastrup on the Amager island, South-East of Copenhagen. It's the biggest Airport in the whole Scandinavia and obviously has a lot of traffic.
During the year 2005 there have been about 270.000 between landings and take offs counting roughly 20 million passengers.
The airport can easily be reached by train with a 12 minutes trip from the central Copenhagen H station, The train stops in a station situated right below the airport. You can get to the airport even by bus with the lines 12, 30, 36 and 96N. Inside the airport you can go shopping in a moltitude of stores; everyday there's a presentation of a new product in a dedicated expo area. There are areas where you can have a snack, relax, chat and sleep on extemely comfortable armchairs.
In the whole airport you can connect to the internet through the airport wireless network: you're allowed to use the wireless network as soon as you complete the payment with a credit card or after buying a TDC Card at any information desk.
